In consideration for other clients, we regret that late arrivals, over 15 minutes, may not be accommodated. If you would like to cancel your appointment, we request 24-hour notice in order to allow time for other clients to book.

Cancellation and Deposits
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving our salon to reserve your desired time.
Due to the individualized nature of services we offer, our service providers prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments not cancelled within this period. If you find that you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we ask that you call and rescheduled so that we may be on time for other scheduled clients.
Bridal Packages: The booking fee for Bridal packages require a 50% deposit—refundable when given a minimum of 24-hour notice of cancellation.
Upon scheduling a spa appointment, we require a credit card to reserve your time. Your credit card will not be charged until you check out at the front desk. Should you require to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24-hour prior to the scheduled appointment, so that the next appointment may be booked. If no notice is given, we reserve the right to charge for appointments not cancelled within this period.
